Resumen
Introduction: This study explores the integration of cyber-physical systems in 21st-century education. Methodology: Through a systematic literature review in the WoS and Scopus databases, 34 studies were identified and analyzed. Results: It is evident that SCP, including technologies such as virtual reality and robotics, personalizes learning and improves the continuous assessment, motivation, and technical competencies of students. However, implementation faces challenges, such as the need to adapt educational programs and design practical interdisciplinary courses. Discussion: Despite these challenges, CPSs present opportunities to enrich pedagogy through artificial intelligence and provide a cross-cutting approach. Conclusions: There is a need to continue investigating the integration of emerging technologies in SCPs and to evaluate their impact in different educational contexts.
