Abstract

This study addresses the need for comprehensive corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs across economic sectors and within organizational strategies, specifically analyzing print media companies in the Atlántico department. The objective is to understand how these companies engage with and impact stakeholders through elements like ecological heritage, voluntariness, and social sensitivity. Using a mixed-method approach, the study combined survey data and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) version 3, alongside a bibliographic review of journals indexed in SCOPUS and Web of Science, to interpret results. Findings reveal a strong commitment by these organizations to implement CSR policies, with a model consistency of 97%, affirming a significant link between CSR and the integration of ecological heritage, voluntariness, and social sensitivity in their programs. For sustainable progress, continuous collaboration among stakeholders is essential.
