Wayky Alfredo Luy Navarrete

I studied economics at the National University of Piura, I completed a Master's degree at ESAN XV Promotion and a Doctorate in Education Administration at the UCV. I worked as a teaching assistant, then as a teacher at the UNP, then I went to the BCRP Summer Course and worked as an economist at the main headquarters until 1978, I was the Tumbes Departmental Manager at ESSALUD for almost three years, Administrator of the Judicial Branch until 2010 and until now as an Appointed Professor at the National University of Tumbes, Department of Economics.
