John Estuardo Sandoval Ramayoni is an associate professor at the National University of Tumbes. Graduated from the National Agrarian University of La Molina in 1980 in Fisheries Engineering with a specialty in Pisciculture, he worked in fish farming both in cold waters and tropical freshwater and later in freshwater and marine shrimp.
