Public accountant and business administrator, Master in Economics with a mention in Business Management and PhD in Administration. With teaching experience in pre and post graduate studies, work experience as president of the Executive Admission Committee, director of the Marketing and Development Office of the Graduate School and president of the Research Committee of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the National University of Tumbes. Also, former president of the Board of Directors of the Peru-Ecuador Border Development Corporation (CODEFRO). Currently Vice-Rector of Research at the National University of Tumbes.
