Full-time Principal Lecturer. Department of Aquaculture, Faculty of Fisheries Engineering, National University of Tumbes. PhD in Environmental Sciences from the National University of Tumbes, Graduate School. Tumbes, Peru. He has held several positions in the management and cultivation of the shrimp Lithopenaeus vannamei. He also holds several specializations in Aquaculture and environmental management.
